ABSTRACT: This research paper explores the intersection of collaborative
leadership and social entrepreneurship, aiming at comparing various leadership
models and suggesting collaborative leadership as an effective approach for
fostering sustainable and impactful social change. As the landscape of social
entrepreneurship continues to evolve, understanding the role of leadership
becomes crucial for organizational success and societal impact. The approach
used for this research is the case study method. Through an in-depth analysis of existing literature and an analysis of
five cases, this research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on
collaborative leadership applied to social entrepreneurship.
By advocating for a collaborative leadership approach and providing
future research threads, this paper suggests that fostering a culture of
partnerships and shared responsibility
within an increasingly complex landscape is essential to future
leadership modeling.
