ABSTRACT: High school teachers are an important part of the national teacher group. However, with the reform and development of education in China, the requirements for teachers are becoming stricter and stricter. Teachers have gradually shown burnout in teaching work, which has seriously affected teaching work and teachers’ developing themselves. Therefore, based on the perspective of teacher professional development, this paper analyzes and studies the causes of job burnout in high school teachers through literature analysis, and proposes measures to promote teachers’ professional development, reduce burnout and promote teaching quality.
