ABSTRACT

After entering the knowledge economy era, competition and development of enterprises rely more on the use and transfer of knowledge and information. As the carrier of knowledge, knowledge workers are becoming more and more important. In this paper, based on the perspective of behavior performance, the author has analyzed the performance of knowledge workers, and put forward that the knowledgeable staff’s performance should contain three components, namely, task performance, organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive work behavior.
