Special Issue on Food Safety and Sustainable Practices
Food Safety
and Sustainable Practices focuses on the intersection of protecting public
health and ensuring long-term environmental and resource sustainability within
food systems. This theme addresses the need for safe production, processing,
distribution, and consumption of food while minimizing ecological impact,
reducing waste, and promoting responsible agricultural and manufacturing
methods. As global populations grow and climate challenges intensify,
integrating innovative technologies, regulatory frameworks, and eco-friendly
practices becomes essential for building resilient and ethical food systems
that ensure both safety and sustainability for future generations.
