Special Issue on Educational Administration, Policy and
Leadership
Educational
administration is a discipline within the study of education that examines the
administrative theory and practice of education in general and educational institutions
and educators in particular activities. Education policy consists of the
principles and government policies in the educational sphere as well as the
collection of laws and rules that govern the operation of education systems.
Educational leadership is the process of enlisting and guiding the talents
