ABSTRACT: In the context of enterprise innovation ecological reconstruction, the cultivation of organizational innovation capability has become an important path for enterprises to build core advantages, and the innovation passion of employees is the key to maintaining the innovation capability of enterprises. Therefore, we constructed a research model of transformational leadership and employees’ innovation passion based on social exchange theory, taking employees of science and technology-based enterprises in Beijing, China, as the object of research, and distributing research questionnaires to 451 employees. And learning from entrepreneurial failure and feeling of organizational inclusion were selected as mediating variables from two perspectives: employee behavior and work climate. The findings show that transformational leadership style enhances employees’ innovation passion. Learning from failure and feeling of entrepreneurial inclusion partially mediate between transformational leadership and employees’ innovation passion.
