ABSTRACT: Adopt co-integration and granger causality test for analyzing the influences of the deviation of three industrial structures on peasants’ income based on the model of industrial structure deviation with time sequences of peasants’ income and the deviation of three industrial structures in China Jiangxi. It’s found that there exists a long-term positive equilibrium relationship between the deviation of three industrial structures and peasants’ income, and the impact of the tertiary industry on peasants’ income is the greatest. Granger causality test indicates that there isn’t Granger causality between the deviations of the first or the tertiary industrial structure, but the deviation of the second industry structure and peasants’ income are the Granger causes to each other.
