ABSTRACT: Inclusive education has gained in the past 30 years considerable legal advances that bring special schools to all school units and the urgent need for access, reception and interaction with the disabled. This literature review article aims to clarify the first steps of the inclusion of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder—TEA. Besides the authors of the references, of the inclusive laws, with the essential participation of families, recognize the procedural facet of educational inclusion and the good challenges to be followed, either through teaching procedures, the integrality of a community and participatory curriculum, and finally, completeness and inclusion.
