ABSTRACT: Studying the process of annual balance sheets, interests and losses of
Iran Zamin Bank in relation to other banks has a low share. Thus, the rise of
guidelines in editing framework of strategic plan is necessary in this bank. The
study analyzes the strategic plan of Iran Zamin Bank. It also analyzes the
financial implications in balanced score card through the relationship among profitability,
productivity and financial growth. We introduced two indexes for productivity.
The results are as follows. There’s not any negative and significant
relationship between the capitation of profit index and capitation index in
terms of administrative costs comparing all costs. There’s a positive and
significant relationship between the financial implication indexes and
profitability index. There’s a significant and negative relationship between
productivity indexes and financial growth index. Therefore, the effect of
strategic plan can be evaluated by using the available tools and the
organization’s performance can be assessed.
