Special Issue on Human Resource Planning
Human Resource Planning focuses on
identifying current and future hiring or training needs of the organization and
determining as to how the existing human resource capacity of the organization
can be utilized to fulfill the organization requirements. The goal of this
special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over
the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in
the area of Human Resource Planning.
In this
