Special Issue on Social Community and
Development
Social Community and Development explores the
roles, structures, and dynamics of communities in fostering sustainable social,
economic, and cultural growth. It welcomes research that examines how community
networks, participation, and leadership contribute to development outcomes, as
well as the challenges posed by inequality, migration, urbanization, and
cultural change. Topics may include grassroots initiatives, social capital,
inclusive policy-making, digital transformation in communities, and strategies
for resilience and empowerment. By integrating perspectives from sociology,
anthropology, economics, and development studies, this issue aims to deepen
understanding of how communities can be agents of positive and equitable
change.
