Special Issue on Education and Skills Development   


"Education and Skills Development" is an academic field focused on enhancing individual learning and competency-building processes that meet the demands of the modern workforce. It explores effective educational practices, curriculum design, and training programs that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills. By studying pedagogical theories and the impact of technology on learning, this field seeks to improve educational outcomes, bridge skill gaps, and empower individuals for personal and professional growth, contributing to societal and economic advancement.
