Special Issue on Fisheries, Aquaculture and
Health
Food and agriculture are key to achieving all sustainable
development goals, many of which are directly related to fisheries and
aquaculture. Fishery is an entity engaged in raising, harvesting and processing
fish in inland waters or seas. In our daily life, aquatic products from fish
farming or aquaculture provide lots of essential nutrition, and according to
the statistics, over 500 million people in developing countries make a living
on fishery or aquaculture. Despite technological progress and innovation, many
countries, especially underdeveloped economies, still lack adequate
infrastructure and services to ensure the quality of aquatic products.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
