ABSTRACT: We investigated the optical, vibrational, and electrochemical properties of polymer films based on polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), with and without the incorporation of organic dye and calcium titanate (CaTiO₃) fillers. UV-Vis spectroscopy, FTIR, and Raman spectroscopy were used to analyze the structure and bonding characteristics of the films. Electrochemical analysis was also performed on PVDF-based composites to evaluate their conductivity. These characterizations provide insights into how additives influence the optical and electrical performance of polymer materials.
