ABSTRACT: Background/Objectives: Root resorption is a pathological process that can compromise tooth prognosis if not properly diagnosed and treated. This study aimed to evaluate the knowledge, diagnostic approaches, and management practices concerning root resorptions among dental practitioners in the Casablanca-Settat region of Morocco. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted among 304 dentists using a structured questionnaire distributed in both paper and online formats. The survey collected demographic information, diagnostic methods, types of resorptions encountered, treatment strategies, and perceived challenges.
