ABSTRACT: This case report describes the diagnosis and surgical management of a 25-year-old male patient presenting with a giant submandibular salivary stone (sialolith). Diagnosis was established through clinical examination and confirmed with an occlusal radiograph revealing a 1.5 cm calculus in Wharton’s duct. The stone was successfully removed via an intraoral surgical excision, which preserved gland function and resolved the patient’s symptoms without recurrence.
