  ABSTRACT: This study investigates the impact of wage structure on employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention in Thailand’s textile manufacturing industry. Despite the recognized importance of the wage structure in human resource management, limited empirical evidence exists regarding its effects in developing-country manufacturing contexts. Using a quantitative correlational research design, data were collected from 1110 textile employees in Thailand’s central region via structured questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression examined relationships between perceptions of the wage structure and employee outcomes.
