ABSTRACT: This paper first uses the Banach fixed point theorem and operator semigroup theory to prove the existence and uniqueness of mild solutions for non-classical reaction diffusion equations with state delays and their continuous dependence on the initial values. Secondly, by combining quasi-stability, the asymptotic smoothness of the relevant semigroup is obtained. Finally, the existence of a global attractor with a finite fractal dimension is obtained.
