ABSTRACT: The possibility of determining the Hubble constant is considered based on the hypothesis of the physical essence of time as our perception of the displacement of the three-dimensional space of the Universe due to its own expansion in the direction of orthogonal to this space, the fourth spatial dimension. The coincidence of the values of the Hubble constant obtained as a result of the study with the currently generally accepted values, together with the results of previous experiments, is another undoubted confirmation of the hypothesis about the physical essence of time.
