ABSTRACT: This study explores the integration of Paulinian Core Values—Christ-centeredness, Charity, Charism, Commission, and Community—into ethical student leadership in the digital age, with a specific focus on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) at St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP). Using a descriptive-survey design, data were collected from 200 student leaders to assess the extent to which these values are integrated into their ethical engagement with AI technologies. Findings reveal a very great extent of value integration across all five Paulinian Core Values, underscoring that student leaders anchor their digital decisions in spiritual reflection, social responsibility, and community-building. The study proposes the AI-Paulinian Leadership Core Values (AI-PLCV) Model, which positions AI not only as a tool for innovation but also as a moral space for servant-leadership. This model serves as a guide for institutions seeking to harmonize faith, ethics, and technology in leadership development. The results affirm the crucial role of values-based formation in cultivating ethical digital leadership.
