  ABSTRACT: Coronary heart disease complicated with depression is one of the most common “psychosomatic heart diseases” in clinical practice. Its pathogenesis is complex and not yet fully clarified, and there is no specific drug available so far. This paper systematically reviews the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease complicated with depression and current clinical treatment methods, aiming to provide references for mechanism research and clinical treatment.
