ABSTRACT: Buoyed by our previous TNF-α results, three 2-amino-1-cyclopentenylphos-phonate compounds which were synthesized by the reaction of diethyl 5-chloro-1-pentynylphosphonate with various amines exhibited promising TNF-α inhibitory activity.
