ABSTRACT: The solutions of the Vlasov-Einstein equations for a system of gravitating particles, for which initial conditions with a high degree of symmetry take place, have a form close to the De Sitter metric. The concept of inertial motion of matter under homothetic transformation of space can be applied to explain the formation of large-scale cosmological structures. For this purpose, methods for analyzing the motion of particles in the inertial mode of motion are considered.
