ABSTRACT: As an important cash crop in China, Jerusalem archoke is widely used in ecological protection, vegetable development, industrial and animal husbandry production and other directions, and has important production value. However, with the rapid development of industry and agriculture in China, a large number of acid pollution gas emissions, the excessive application of agricultural fertilizers and the unreasonable farming activities of human beings, the problem of soil acidification becomes increasingly severe, which affects the growth and development of plants and seriously restricts the cultivation and application of Jerusalem artionum. At present, there are still shortcomings such as soil reacidification and difficult to be applied in practice on a large scale. As an essential nutrient element for plants, boron is also an important factor for plants to resist external adverse stress, and it plays a role in alleviating heavy metal stress in plants. The paper aims to provide support for the development of the industries.
