ABSTRACT: This paper evaluates the environmental legal frameworks of Tanzania and China regarding industrial air pollution, comparing their approaches to international treaties and domestic enforcement. It highlights Tanzania’s lag in implementing international environmental standards compared to China. The analysis discusses the effectiveness of these frameworks in regulating industrial emissions and the adherence to international agreements.
