ABSTRACT: Procidentia is one of complications of pregnancy and childbirth. The challenge of treatment is to preserve fertility if needed and to find effective methods with rapid learning curve. Our technique—Isam technique—fulfills these needs with a short hospital stay, very low risk of complications and relapse, a rapid learning curve as well, and no need for long contraceptive methods after operation.
