  ABSTRACT: This paper examines organizational factors enhancing creative problem-solving processes, using Tunisia’s SolLab project as a case study. The approach adapted to the Tunisian context by aligning with local expectations and including company employees in teams. However, some organizational adjustments, such as reducing reflection time, may have negatively impacted result quality.
