ABSTRACT: Adrenal hematoma is a rare condition with highly variable clinical manifestations, ranging from completely asymptomatic cases to specific signs. Abdominal ultrasound is the key examination for diagnosing and monitoring neonates. We present a case of adrenal hematoma diagnosed following neonatal anemia.
