ABSTRACT: Abdominal
pregnancy (AP) is a relatively rare and potentially serious form of ectopic
pregnancies (EPs). We report the case of a haemorrhagic abdominal pregnancy at
15 weeks of amenorrhea complicated by hypovolaemic shock, with a favorable
outcome. Our aim is to outline the epidemiological, clinical, therapeutic and
prognostic features of this condition.
