  ABSTRACT: Ethnography is a branch of anthropology which is a systematic study of distinct philosophies. Ethnography explores cultural phenomena from the point of view of the subject of the study. Unlike the other research methodologies adhered, ethnography or organizational ethnography dives into the culture of the subject of the research study and excavate the truth from the facts seen, heard or felt. Through this paper, the researcher wanted to highlight the value created by using ethnography in a study using the existing literature. Also, another objective was to explore ethnographer’s self and role in the eyes of other researchers who had been using ethnography in their studies.
