ABSTRACT: Because of the lag of infrastructure renewal and the degradation of original housing functions, as well as the unreasonable industrial layout, the old city of many cities has gradually become an area of economic distress and slow development. Hangzhou has been making continuous efforts towards the strategic goal of internationalization. In addition to the whole main urban area of Hangzhou, other districts, counties and cities are also making continuous efforts. Since Hangzhou Lin’an district was removed from the city and set up as a district in 2017, a large area of demolition and construction work has been carried out across the district, including the reconstruction and merger of many dilapidated villages. In the whole process, there are complex interest disputes among the government, developers and the public. In Lin’an, the “teacher group” and the “villagers” in the non-traditional sense have their interests damaged, which is different from the previous interest subjects. This paper focuses on the old city reconstruction measures in the new era, and analyzes and studies the interest influencing factors in the process through the way of investigation and visit. Spss17.0 software was used to analyze and establish the correlation regression equation model, analyze which factors caused the interest game phenomenon in the old city reconstruc-tion, and finally try to put forward some Suggestions that can be tried.
