  ABSTRACT: A microwave irradiated palladium-catalyzed reaction of carboxylic acids and crotyl type bromides creates series of esters in good to high yields. This facile ester synthesis then is applied to make esters from arachidonic acid, salicylic acid, folic acid, and aspirin efficiently.
