ABSTRACT: Present study was conducted to assess the
regeneration potential and producing mass-clonal seedlings of Rose through shoot tip culture. A total of 40 explants were
cultured on each of basal medium supplemented with different concentrations of
BAP, NAA and GA. The observations on the survival rate, days taken to initiate
the shoots, total number of shoots and length of shoots, initiation of roots,
total number of root, length of roots and number of leaves were investigated.
Rose regenerated on MS-Basal medium (control) without addition of growth
hormones showed significantly (P
