ABSTRACT: We present the case of a 45-year-old Hispanic female with a slowly enlarging mass on her left maxilla in the region of teeth #15 and #16. A differential diagnosis is presented along with the histologic findings and treatment rendered. The prognosis and biology of the lesion are discussed.
