ABSTRACT: Mammary analogue secretory carcinoma (MASC) is a recently identified salivary tumor that shares morphological features of secretory carcinoma of the breast, salivary acinic cell carcinoma, low grade cystadenocarcinoma and mucoepidermoid carcinoma. To date, a majority of cases have been reported in the major salivary glands with very few seen in the palate. We present 2 single institution cases of MASC of the soft palate to help further characterize this novel tumor.
