ABSTRACT: Single coronary artery is a coincidental finding during coronary angiography or at autopsy. Although it is a rare condition and most of time has an asymptomatic clinic; prognosis varies. We would like to report a case about percutaneous coronary intervention in a patient who has anomalous single coronary artery arising from right sinus valsalva.
