Ovarian cancer has been identified as an immunegenic tumor, and in recent years, with the continued advancement of research into immune evasion mechanisms, immunotherapy has emerged as a groundbreaking treatment modality. This article will focus on the immune escape mechanisms and their application in ovarian cancer, providing a comprehensive overview of its current status and the challenges it faces.
