ABSTRACT: The present consolidated
paper represents the VLF/LF (very low frequency/low frequency) electromagnetic
radiation as the earthquake’s true precursor. The search is mainly carried out
on the basis of a theoretical model of the generation of electromagnetic
emissions during the earthquake preparation period and earthquake prediction
methodology. It is shown that this parameter is capable of describing the fault
formative process in the focal area. Besides, VLF/LF electromagnetic radiation
frequency analysis gives the possibility simultaneously to determine all
necessary three characteristic parameters (magnitude, epicenter, time of
occurring) for incoming earthquake prediction with great precision.
