ABSTRACT:
Different dance types may lead to different injuries. Musculoskeletal
injuries in dance can be divided into
chronic injuries, and acute injuries. And the causes of injuries are
also different. In modern dance, the most common injuries are the ankle, knee
and shin. Analysis of the causes of injuries may prevent the occurrence of
injuries to a certain extent. Therefore, based on the analysis of the types of
injuries in modern dance, this article also discusses in teacher teaching, how
to reduce the occurrence of injuries, how students should protect themselves,
and how dancers extend their careers were discussed in these three aspects.
