ABSTRACT: In this paper, efforts have been made to investigate, and compute general formulae of the pyroelectric coefficient and figure-of-merit of pyroelectric-polymer composite for uncooled infrared detector and energy harvesting, using volume fraction, depolarization coefficient of particles and dielectric constants of the constituents.
