ABSTRACT: Vallecular cyst is uncommon laryngeal lesion and generally asymptomatic. However, when large in size or occur in a small airway like in neonates, it causes respiratory and feeding difficulties. Here we report a rare case of symptomatic vallecular cyst in a neonate.
