ABSTRACT: Job analysis is one of the important basic courses of human resource management major. In order to improve students’ application ability training, job analysis has set up course practice. In order to stimulate students to participate in the job analysis curriculum practice, the expectation theory is introduced into the curriculum practice design, the model of the job analysis curriculum practice design based on the expectation theory is established, and the concrete scheme of the job analysis curriculum practice is proposed.
