ABSTRACT: Organization
structure and business process have been subjected to
management study and practice for decades. However, the relationship between
them is a topic that has received only limited and fragmented theoretical
treatment. This paper proposes an integrative view with the utilization of a
new emergent theory, namely the total relationship flow management theorems. We
conclude that organization structure and business process are both governed by
the total relationship flows, which may shed a new light on related discussions.
