ABSTRACT: This paper first describes the definition of the
concept of cognitive and flexible management strategy, summarizes the research
literature on the relationship among knowledge management, flexible strategy and business performance, and
proposed research model and hypotheses to this thesis, we selected 21 listed
media companies in 2012-2016 a total of
five years of data, and analysis to identify the variables of cognitive and
flexible management strategy, namely to explore the cognitive and flexible
management strategy, knowledge management and business performance; flexible
strategy and corporate performance statistical analysis of the relationship among the way through the qualitative analysis,
correlation analysis and regression analysis.
