ABSTRACT:
The
purpose of this research was to predict job satisfaction among pilots and
assistant based on coping skills. Two hundred pilots and assistant were
randomly selected from Mehrabad airport. They completed job satisfaction and
skills coping questionnaires. Multiple regression test was used to analyze the
data. The results showed that coping skills can predict job satisfaction, in
other words it can be said that only the somatization component, emotional
inhibition of the coping skills could predict job satisfaction of pilots and
assistant.
