ABSTRACT:
A case of normocalcemic
hyperparathyroidism is diagnosed basing on the clinical manifestations & laborotary
investigation supported by finding of unilateral parathyroid adenoma on imaging
studies and the patient was referred for surgical exploration for the parathyroid
adenoma.
