The paper mainly analyzed the factors of psychological and physiological that impacted driving safety, and influence of music elements to the driver emotion, such as melody, tone, voice, sound, rhythm. The result shows that music could improve the psychological and physiological state of drivers; The music of rapid rhythm make people easy to aggressive, so traffic accident easy to be caused; The music of soft tone is benefit to regulate the driver emotion state; It will make driver inattention that too big music voice in car, and not good for driving safety of road traffic.
