In this article the problem of the subjective well-being is discussed. We give particular attention to analysis of correlation of subject and subjective personality’s characteristics. It should be noted that regulatory component of the subjective well-being is not only spontaneous behavior (some real executed actions) but intentions (purposes). The criterion of variant manifestation of subjectivity is ability to satisfaction needs and implementation of notional necessity by the personality.
