Abstract: Numerical analysis is an important basic course for students who engaged in information processingresearch. This paper analyzes the contents and features of numerical analysis course of graduate in informationscience. Aiming at the theoretical teaching of traditional, a basic teaching mode to the features of numericalanalysis and information disciplines is presented. Information-oriented applications in the teachingpractice, to simplify the theoretical derivation, enhance practical activities of numerical analysis and improvethe graduate’s innovation ability. The effect is well through the teaching practice.
