This article have researched that the communication equipments demand communication power supply of high reliability and stability, high conversion efficiency, miniaturization and modularization and introduced the basic principles and the main characteristics of the fuel cell, by analyse and compare the feasibility of the fuel cell be used for the communication power supply, we choose the proton exchange membrane fuel cell as the communication power supply; We have put forward the collectivity project of the communication power supply system based on the proton exchange membrane fuel cell and designed the structure system diagram of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (hydrogen-air) which is composed of fuel supply sub-system, oxidant supply sub-system , wetting sub-system , cooling sub-system and safety (alarm) system and the flyback DC/DC inverter circuit, then we analysised the topology structure of the flyback DC/DC inverter circuit,and realize the application research of the fuel cell be used for communication power supply.
